The pic says it all. 12 inches of 3/8" theaded rod secured with two nuts. The handle of the drill will bump into the rod and prevent the pump from spinning around. You can get fancy and improve it from here, but this is as simple as you can get. Use a rubber band to turn on the drill and you will have your hands free to man the hoses.
