This hitch is mounted on the front of my 1989 F250. It was welded with my on board alternator welder conversion. It's made from square steel tubing and a store bought receiver that is gusseted with 1/2 plates. It is secured to the frame with two 5/8" hardened bolts. It's main purpose is to add accessories like cooler or bike racks to the truck, but it is strong enough for my removable winch if needed.
